• We intend to ask clearly before information is shared for a new purpose.
• Consent records for sharing an old employer record with a new one are planned and do not exist today.

• Work-record sharing is planned and is not available today.
• These records are intended to be private by default, with sharing controlled by the person.

• The final policy will explain access, correction, withdrawal and complaint routes.
• Those legal details remain subject to review.
