About these terms

• These draft terms cover the ID website, account access and the ID app.
• They may change after legal review.

Your account and ID

• Sign-in happens through the WRK account service at auth.wrk.ac.
• A personal ID is created automatically with each account.
• Do not impersonate another person or submit information without authority.

Organisations

• A company created in a WRK account receives a company ID.
• Organisations can import people, issue IDs in bulk and see plan limits in the ID app.
• Organisation-owned ID series are being built and are not yet presented as available.

Acceptable use

• Do not create false records, scrape the service, attempt to break security or misuse another person’s ID.
• Access may be restricted when these rules are broken.

Plans

• The Plans page shows current published information.
• When no plan is available, contact us for current information.
